Al-Qolam: Journal Ilmu Al-Quran dan Tafsir is a peer-reviewed academic journal published by the (LPPM) of Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Al-Qur’an (STIQ) Wali Songo Situbondo, Indonesia. This journal serves as a platform for scholars, researchers, and practitioners to publish scientific works related to the field of Qur’anic studies and Tafsir. The journal focuses on both theoretical and empirical research in the areas of Qur’anic sciences, tafsir methodologies, thematic interpretation, classical and contemporary exegesis, as well as interdisciplinary approaches to the study of the Qur’an. Al-Qolam encourages a critical, contextual, and scholarly engagement with the Qur’anic text, accommodating various academic perspectives—ranging from traditional Islamic thought to modern approaches. Al-Qolam is published biannually (in June and December). All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous peer-review process to ensure academic quality and originality.
